YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Provide clerical supports to the collection team(e.g. retrieving invoices and delivery notes, mailing monthly statement of account, issue courier form for cheque pickup, etc.);
- Handle and response to customers / internal department enquiries;
- Other ad hoc assignments for collection duties by Superiors.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
- 1 year working experience is preferable;
- Strong at MS Excel and proficiency in other MS application;
- Good command of English in writing and reading;
- Good communication skills and teamwork attitude;
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
