KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Provide the leadership to offset manufacturing teams driving day to day operation.
b. Maintain all the processes in the department align to SOP’s taking the ownership.
c. Meeting customer expectation on delivery and quality requirements maintaining world class standards.
d. Effectively utilization of Man, Machine and Material resources to improve the profits.
e. Lead all new investment projects from the decision making stage till the completion of the project 
      Supporting growth.
f. Be technically strong to take appropriate decisions  under pressure
g. Lead the continuous improvement initiatives in the department 
h. As a part of operations leadership team, work closely with cross functional and regional teams on problem 
      Solving/best practice sharing.




QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. Degree in production, engineering or any relevant subject.

2. Reasonable technical background in offset printing and finishing.

1. Min 3-5 years manufacturing experience with minimum 1-2 years’ experience at production management level in offset production.

2. Knowledge about basic lean/Six sigma principles and experience in execution would be an added advantage but not a must.
